I had a great stay at this hotel. The location right by the train station was convenient, making it easy to get into the city and reasonably close to Narita airport. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were modern and clean, and the breakfast was tasty and good value for money.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

The hotel's location near Tennodai Station is pretty convenient, and there are some restaurants and stores around. the breakfast was decent, although you have to be there early to get it. Rooms are clean, and the Wi-Fi is reliable. the staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, so you can hear noise from the street and other rooms.

Great value and location! The hotel is conveniently situated near a train station, making it easy and cheap to travel to Tokyo and other nearby cities. The rooms were modern, clean, and equipped with fast Wi-Fi. I also appreciated the warm breakfast provided every day during my stay.
Although there were plenty of convenience stores and restaurants nearby, there wasn't much to see or do within walking distance of the hotel. Additionally, the hotel lacked some amenities I've come to expect from other hotels, like a gym or swimming pool. But overall, my experience was positive - I got great value for my money and would recommend this hotel to others looking for an affordable and convenient accommodation option.

Walking distance to train station and great value for money. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were modern with comfortable beds and fast Wi-Fi.
The area around the hotel is not very lively, and there aren't many restaurants or shops nearby. , the rooms were a bit small for our liking.
